Rob Williams (head coach 20 and under team) view on the Australia trip 2007-2008: I feel as though this trip is not so much about what player stands out above the rest. It is about all of the players receiving quality daily instruction that can be utilized by them as a stepping stone. This trip to Australia is about players developing, learning, adapting and individually becoming better in one way or another.
