Game One, 10 am: U18 Expos (1) v NSW (4)

The players showed some fatigue playing the New South Wales team. They were unable to string any hits together to bring in any runs. Stuart Alexander and Ben Shivers pitched. Alexander pitched five innings, allowed 8 hits, struck out 2 batters, and hit one batter. Four of the five runs were earned. Ben Shivers came in to close in the bottom of the sixth inning, facing three batters and allowing no hits. He struck out one batter.

Miles: 0 for 2, 2 walks; Bonnikson: 1 for 3, walk; Blondin: 0 for 2, 2 walks, 1 K; Hanlon: 1 for 4, 1 K; Bohannon: 0 for 2, walk; Foreman: 0 for 2; Rodriques: 0 for 1; Lindeke: 1 for 3, 1 HP; Medal: 0 for 3, 1 K; Kennedy: 0 for 3.

Game Two, 12:30 pm: U18 Expos (1) v NSW (0)Country

The Expos gained a win in this game, but still struggled offensively. The lead off batter Kyle Foreman walked, sole second, and was driven in by Tom Bommarito for the only run of the game. Jordon Muir and Anthony Martin combined for the shutout. Muir pitched 6 innings, striking out 9 batters. He allowed 2 hits and 2 walks. Martin closed in the seventh, striking out one batter and getting two to hit back to him for easy 1-3 outs.
