A Note from Sarah

As we pack up and get ready to leave Australia, I want to say "hi" to all of you who have been reading these reports, and thank you parents for giving your sons this wonderful opportunity to learn about baseball and about life. I know all you mothers are ready to get your boys back home, and I hope they will have as many wonderful stories to tell as I do.

This trip has been a wonderful experience for me. I have learned a lot about traveling and being away from home, and about writing and talking to people. We are all ready to go home, but in a way, sad to leave. I think I will miss drinking Lemon Squash and watching a hundred parrots play in the same tree. This trip is something I will remember the rest of my life, and I know all the guys will do the same.

Thanks again, and it was fun being your "Eyes in Australia!"
